The Mind, Body, Spirit Triangle
A goal-setting workbook for mind, body and spirit
A goal written as what you don't want?
Flip it, and stand it on three legs: mind, body and spirit.
For kids, teens and adults. A parent can print it and teach it, or give it to a child to try on their own.
Your goal goes in the center. Each corner is one way to reach it: your mind, your body and your spirit. Five steps, the method behind each one, and the sheet.
One leg? The camera falls. Two legs? It still wobbles. Three legs: mind, body and spirit. One sharp picture: your goal, in focus.

Mind, Body and Spirit. Mind is how you think. Body is how you move, eat, breathe and rest. Spirit is Life-Spirit: your direction, your purpose, and support from everything living.
It shows the three legs. Like a tripod, it stands steady when all three legs are on the ground.
Flip it. "I don't want to be late for school" becomes "I want to be on time."
